Outline of Collection
Purton Museum has a collection which represents 2,000 years of the village’s history from the Ringsbury Camp Iron Age Hillfort, through Roman and Saxon finds towards the present day.

The Phillip Bramble Letters

Letters found up a chimney related to the turnpikes and prize fighting
in the 1820s. They feature in this web exhibition. Bramble Exhibition
